These are the basic pest control treatments needed to eliminate most common North Texas pests. Customize these treatments to eliminate the most troublesome pests in and around your home or business.

Basic Treatment - $49.95

This treatment is designed to provide indoor and outdoor protection for slab homes up to 3,500 sq. ft.* and is the primary treatment recommended for generic pest control. This treatment may be packaged with other treatments to design a custom pest control plan to meet your needs.

Included in the Basic Treatment:

• 90 day warranty
• Inside your home
  • All baseboards in the affected areas treated
  • Plumbing pipes inside home dusted, if accessible
  • Attic checked for rodents
• Outside your home
  • Foundation sprayed including all cracks and crevices
  • Around doors and windows sprayed
  • Inside garage and garage foundation foundation sprayed

* Basic Treatment Additions

• Homes over 3,500 sq ft. - $10 extra per treatment
• Pier and Beam homes - $35 extra for treatment under the house.
  (This treatment is required for the warranty on pier and beam homes.)
  

Outside Power Spray

This treatment for single level homes is another core treatment in many pest control plans. It provides extended pest control on the outside of your home. Included in the Outside Power Spray:

• Outside of your home power sprayed
• Eaves sprayed
• Ground area 6 - 8 feet from the foundation sprayed

Yard Spray

Some pest control treatment plans call for the entire yard to be treated to protect you and your family from pests. This treatment sprays the front and back yard and is highly effective for fire ants, spiders, crickets and grasshoppers. It extends the pest control to cover up to 5,000 sq.ft. of your yard.
